Top, very good service and clean boxes. Only the customer toilet could be renovated or cleaned more often, otherwise I am completely satisfied. I stored my things there while I was abroad as part of my studies. It is not cheap, but it gave me a good feeling that everything was safely stowed away and kept dry. Before I rent some dubious private garage, I would rather pay a little more at MyBox and then have a clear conscience. I was also impressed by the security concept with alarm system, 24/7 access and lock.

Booked a storage room at short notice for the weekend. Small problems with the app, then there was a lock on the room. That can happen, but the boss (Mr. Astro himself) got in touch within an hour, rebooked me into another room and thus resolved all problems in no time. I can recommend this place to anyone who needs storage space at short notice.

After a quick registration/booking via the app failed, the team helped me over the phone and within a few minutes created an order and provided me with a box/storage space. After emptying the box, I canceled the contract online the same day and got the deposit back pretty quickly. Everything worked great, many thanks again - I'd be happy to do it again.

Due to some technical error, I was initially assigned a storage box that was already occupied, which was pretty annoying because I was standing in front of a locked box with my things. But the whole thing was quickly cleared up and I was able to move to another storage room. The employee on the phone was extremely competent, friendly and very helpful. Overall, I would recommend MyBox in Bochum for temporarily storing furniture, etc. Transport assistance is available, and the boxes are clean and safe.

Very friendly and helpful service. When we realized during the initial inspection that the reserved box was a bit too small, the box was exchanged for a larger size without any problems, which was still within our budget. The compartment itself is super clean, everything smells really clean and access to the compartment is no problem even with a heavy load because the aisles are all wide enough to get around corners with a trolley. 24-hour access to my box, insurance is already included. Great!

Ich bin fast drei Jahre dort Kunde gewesen und habe wechselnde Lagerräume in verschiedenen Größen angemietet.
Es gab keine Probleme und wenn Support benötigt wurde, war dieser schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert! Lösung immer innerhalb von wenigen Minuten, spätestens noch am gleichen Tag.
Schade, dass es MyBox in meiner neuen Region nicht mehr gibt. Ich würde hier immer wieder einen Lagerraum mieten! 100% weiterzuempfehlen!
